The Local Authority Designated Officer

Our colleagues in the Lancashire Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) Team at Lancashire County Council have included a very useful animated clip from the National LADO Network on their webpage.  The 1-minute clip highlights the role of the LADO and how they provide advice and guidance overseeing the allegations management process.

In addition, the page provides very useful information and guidance about when the LADO must be contacted, including notification forms and LADO procedures.
